patch-4 = clothing textures
patch-8 = helm and shoulder textures
All Classic, TBC and WotLK clothing textures upscaled to x4, downscaled by 50% and then converted to BLP.
vanilla and TBC textures really get a nice boost from this.
Thx to the model-changing discord for pointing me in the right direction with things here.
Correct distortions, AI upscale errors on effected textures.
Upscale/denoise items such as:
Shoulders/Head/Cape/Shield/Weapons etc. etc.
EDIT: Thanks to those of you who have pointed out some distortion or oddities in some of the textures. I didn't catch these and will improve them for the net release.

Clothing Textures have been updated in patch-4.MPQ - you may delete the old one and use this new file.
This time around I believe I have eliminated most issues and I believe improved the quality of the final product. The process for this patch was sending all original texture BLPs through Gigapixel AI via x2 scaling, then the result was sent through waifu2x via x2 scaling. Finally, all textures were resized via Photoshop down to 512 x 256 or equivalent resolution (anything that wasn't above 1024) and turned in to BLPs using BLP Lab to avoid any conversion errors.
What an ordeal!
Now, I believe there must be a way to the size limitation of the textures... I think that must be connected to the models themselves... so I might have a look at that in the future. But for now I'm happy with this effort,
