This adds Warlords of Draenor character models to the game.

Includes TBC character models
Includes NPCs
Includes all hairstyles, facial features, knicker geosets? Yup
Includes Legion/BfA helmets and shoulder armor models
Includes capes with working transparency. It's a thing

Leeviathan-s_WoD_Character_Models_for_2.4.3.thumb.jpg.b1988ca07dba51d4d387b1cf177c6419.jpg

Also includes better faces; I've re-mapped every face to make more efficient use of the limited space by off-loading things like ears and teeth to "extra" textures.  Here's a little before-and-after comparison picture:

more-pixels.jpg.e88b80235cc3540ceed7aa2703623dca.jpg

Optional Boneless Undead patch:

Not exactly the Chinese censored version of the Undead models, instead these are hybrid models with custom un-ripped capes and a full set of facial features.
Included in download

Download for Classic (v1.12.1)  my updated version with better faces coming soon

Download for Burning Crusade (v2.4.3) updated version with the better faces coming soon

Download for Wrath of the Lich King (v3.3.5a)

Known issues:
Sheath/unsheath emote doesn't work on some models (CL, BC only)
Face-type geometry morphing, or whatever it's called, isn't implemented

[update 11-12-2017] Corrected Undead Female model (initially uploaded wrong version which had transparent fingers and no eye-glow effect)
[update 11-13-2017] Cone of Cold hack fix added; TBC character emote sounds added
[update 12-02-2017] Fix to stuttering Framerate issue
[update 10-11-2018] Fixed "Dragonmaw Foreman" npc texture
[update 12-27-2018] Added WotLK version with many improvements (i.e. improved facial textures, helmets/shoulders, etc.)

[update 12-29-2018] Improved Wrathful Gladiator's Chain Helm positioning for Blood Elves. Included Optional Boneless Undead patch with download.
[update 12-30-2018] Fixed some helms/shoulders that were rendering too dark. Adjusted Blood Elf Males' held weapon positions.
[update 01-01-2019] Adjusted Blood Elf Male mounted sitting position, fixed opacity issue in Blood Elf Female glove and boot cuff geosets, modified HelmetGeosetVisData.dbc to prevent a few helmets from hiding Undead facial features
[update 01-07-2019] Fixed fishing animations for BEM, GnM, GnF, OrM, TaF

[update 01-07-2019] Added Gnome Female bulky boot geoset

And now for a bunch of images from the comments section because the site automatically adds them every time I edit this project:

Hello @leeviathan and thank you for your beautiful work. I want to know how can i make your patch work with finsternis creature models and if that is even possible? with your patch and @Finsternis creature models, the npcs have bland faces, no models just some bad textures. Thank you.
I have: patch-4.MPQ(Character Models) from you, patch-G and patch-H(Legion+BFA creature models), and patch-T +patch-3(Tilesets) from Finsternis.

Leave the HD model characters frome here. Delete rest of mpq on your list.
Download frome here http://www.modcraft.io/index.php?topic=10729.0.

Everything working perfectly.

A necessity, unfortunately. Almost all models have reduced triangles. Most of the challenge about retroporting these character models is in finding ways to reduce the triangle count to under 21800 from sometimes around 40000 without making them look terrible. Part of the motivation behind creating this mod despite the existence of other similar mods was that I wasn't satisfied with the results of those other mods; lots of noticeable decimation In my opinion. I thought I could do better, so I spent a shamefully long time mostly manually reducing the triangle counts of every character model. My goal was to make the triangle reduction as inconspicuous as possible--those screenshots are up to my standards, but I'm tweaking the models all the time (in fact I just adjusted that hairstyle a bit, not uploaded yet) so feel free to point out any similar issues if you think they look out of place or comparatively bad.

As for making my mod compatible with Finsternis' mod: I can tell from your setup that renaming my patch to "patch-I.MPQ" would probably make it work; it needs to load last.

I thought maybe you just didn't notice those bugs. Anyway it's best models I've seen. I love it. Now i see how hard it was. Amazing job:)

Hey , good job as always leeviathan^^.

My Creature and tileset mods  have no problems with this one. Just delete my Patch-A and Patch-K. And care patch-3  is a original file on wotlk. I have a patch-3 but that is for tbc and classic.

Yup, just uploaded the fix. Since I had to upload the whole thing again in order to fix the Gnome Female boots I took the opportunity to tweak that Blood Elf Male hair that was mentioned earlier + increase the resolution of the Night Elf Male faces.

Hello friend, all right with you, then I found another problem in the helmets, this helmet of the image is wrong in  the face of the character was to be all black, it is getting transparent

It's not going to be fixed because it's working as intended. Transparency in various capes (for effects like the rough edges on your Tauren DK) is intentional.

This helmet looks correct to me, maybe I'm not understanding you though.

I would say that this look like a mistake. In the patch from the author Finsternis, the animation of the cape at Tauren DK looks normal. On your patch, the animation looks crooked and there appear some kind of eyes on the raincoat.

Thanks for all the hard work you put into this Leeviathan. Now if we had those stag models for the druid travel form, or a tutorial for how to add that to Finsternis' creature mod, I'd be set!

It took me a minute as I have never done this before, but I  figured this out and integrated your Cohesive Druid Forms with the WOD + Finsternis patches. I'll upload the patch when finished.

I'm working on fixing the Dragonmaw Foreman - NPC ID: 21441 , DISPLAY ID: 2229. I haven't had a lot of time to look into it, but from working with the druid patch I discovered that yours and Finsternis' DBC files (which are very similar) reference this NPC as being Character\FelOrc\Male\FelOrcMale.mdx which I have yet to locate. The same goes for the entry Character\FelOrc\Female\FelOrcFemale.mdx. Any help is apprciated!
